What are your store hours?
We are open every day from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, including all holidays. That means Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, and every other day of the year. Whether you are visiting Orlando during spring break, summer vacation, or the holiday season, we are always here for you.
Where is Treasure Island Gift Shop located?
We are located at 12399 State Road 535 in Orlando, FL 32836, just minutes from Disney Springs and Walt Disney World. We share our building with Black Angus Steakhouse, so look for that sign as a landmark. State Road 535 (also known as Vineland Road) is one of the main corridors connecting the Disney resort area to Highway 192 in Kissimmee.
How far are you from Disney World?
We are only about 5 to 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World resort gates and just 3 to 5 minutes from Disney Springs. We are one of the closest off-property gift shops to Disney, making us a convenient stop before or after a day at the parks. Many guests visit us on their way back to hotels along Highway 192 or International Drive.
How do I get to your store from Disney World?
Exit Walt Disney World via World Drive or Epcot Center Drive and head east toward FL-535 (Vineland Road). Turn right (south) on FL-535 and continue for about 2 miles. We will be on your right in the same plaza as Black Angus Steakhouse. The entire drive takes about 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic.
Is there free parking at Treasure Island Gift Shop?
Yes, we offer completely free parking in a large, well-lit lot right in front of the store. There is no need to pay for a parking garage or walk across a massive theme park lot. We have plenty of room for cars, SUVs, minivans, and even tour buses and RVs. Just pull up and walk right in.
Are your prices really cheaper than the Disney parks?
Absolutely. Our souvenir prices are typically 50% to 75% lower than what you would pay inside the Disney or Universal theme parks. For example, Disney character t-shirts that cost around $34.99 in the parks are available here for $12.99. Mickey ears that sell for $29.99 in the parks are just $9.99 at our store. Hoodies that go for $59.99 at the parks are only $14.99 here. You can save hundreds of dollars on souvenirs for your whole family.
What types of products do you sell?
We carry a huge selection of Disney souvenirs, Florida memorabilia, and Orlando-themed gifts. Our inventory includes t-shirts and character apparel for adults and kids, Mickey ears and hats, mugs and drinkware, hoodies and jackets, plush toys, shot glasses, keychains, magnets, postcards, beach towels, jewelry, alligator-themed gifts and real alligator heads, candy, backpacks, and much more. We have something for everyone at every budget.
Do you carry kids' sizes?
Yes, we carry youth and junior sizes in many of our t-shirt, hoodie, and apparel styles, including popular Disney and Universal character designs. We also have a great selection of plush toys, small souvenirs, and gifts that are perfect for younger children. Many families come specifically for our affordable kids' souvenirs since the prices are so much lower than the theme parks.
Can I really see an alligator at your store?
Yes! Our famous 14-foot resident alligator is one of the most popular attractions on State Road 535. It is a preserved specimen displayed in-store, and visitors from around the world love taking photos with it. It is a uniquely Florida experience you will not find at any other gift shop in Orlando. Bring your camera because this is one of the most-photographed spots on the highway.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept debit cards and cash. We want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.
Is the store wheelchair and stroller accessible?
Yes, our store is fully wheelchair and stroller accessible. The entrance is at ground level with no steps, the aisles are wide enough for wheelchairs, motorized scooters, and strollers, and the parking lot is flat and easily navigable. We want every visitor to have a comfortable shopping experience.
How long should I plan to spend at the store?
Most visitors spend about 20 to 45 minutes browsing our selection, though avid souvenir hunters have been known to stay well over an hour. With thousands of items to explore across dozens of categories, there is plenty to see. We recommend giving yourself at least 30 minutes to really take advantage of our selection and prices.
Do you offer online ordering or shipping?
Currently, we focus on providing an amazing in-store shopping experience. Our massive selection and incredible prices are best experienced in person. We do not offer online ordering at this time, but we encourage you to visit us during your Orlando trip. We are open from 8 AM to 11 PM every day, so you can always fit a visit into your schedule.
Can I return or exchange items?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, please bring it back within 14 days with your original receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned. Please speak with our staff if you have any questions about a specific item.
Do you sell authentic Disney merchandise?
We carry a wide selection of licensed Disney character merchandise and Orlando-themed souvenirs. Our inventory includes officially branded items as well as high-quality Orlando and Florida souvenir products. Everything we sell represents the best of what visitors are looking for when they shop near Disney World, and our prices make these items far more affordable than what you would find at the theme parks.
Are you open on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving?
Yes, we are open 365 days a year with our full regular hours of 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. That includes Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, New Year's Eve, Easter, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and every other holiday. Orlando is a year-round destination and we are always here to serve visitors.
Can large groups or tour buses visit?
Absolutely! We welcome tour groups, bus groups, and large parties. Our store is spacious enough to accommodate groups comfortably, and our parking lot has room for tour buses and large vehicles. Many tour operators along the Highway 192 corridor include us as a shopping stop because of our great selection and prices. What is nearby your store?
We are in the heart of Orlando's tourist district on State Road 535. Disney Springs is just 3 to 5 minutes away. Walt Disney World is 5 to 10 minutes. Universal Studios Orlando is about 15 to 20 minutes. SeaWorld is 10 to 15 minutes. We share our building with Black Angus Steakhouse, and the area around us is full of restaurants, hotels, and attractions including Old Town Kissimmee, Fun Spot America, and ICON Park.
Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, our store is fully air-conditioned. After a long day walking around the parks in the Florida heat, stepping into our cool, comfortable store is a welcome relief. Our everyday prices are already significantly lower than the theme parks, so every visitor gets amazing deals. While we do not currently offer a separate Florida resident discount, our pricing means you are already saving 50% to 75% compared to park gift shops on every purchase. How do I get to your store from Universal Studios?
From Universal Studios Orlando, take I-4 East toward Orlando. Merge onto FL-535 South via the exit toward Lake Buena Vista. Continue on FL-535 for about 4 miles and we will be on your right side, in the same building as Black Angus Steakhouse. The drive takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes depending on I-4 traffic.
What is the best time to visit?
Since we are open from 8 AM to 11 PM daily, you have flexibility. Mornings before 10 AM and evenings after 8 PM tend to be the least crowded times. Many visitors stop by after a day at the parks in the evening, which can make late afternoon and early evening busier. Weekday mornings are generally the quietest if you prefer a relaxed shopping experience.
